me: yes, how can i help?
him: eh, can i see your store manager?
me: (in a state of shock) eh eh eh, why do you want to see her. eh eh, i meant-
him: oh, no i just wanted to ask her the price of this bag of potato chips. (grabbing a pack of potato chips)
me: ( stare at him.)
him: you see, there isnt any price tags over here.
me: (dumbfounded?) erm, let me check for you at the cashier.
me: leo, help me check the price of this.
leo: blah blah(the price of the chips)
him: oh okay, is this bag of chips going on a buy-one-get-one-free promotion? or issit on any promotions?
me: (still dumbfounded, speechless)

leo: no.
him: oh okay, eh can i see your store manager? i want to ask her if it is on any promotion, or if it going to be on any promotions.
